Key Responsibilities:
- Event Logistics Management: Oversee event planning and execution from start to finish
- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies for various events and campaigns
- Content Creation: Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Campaign & Event Analysis: Track and report on the success of campaigns and events to measure effectiveness
- Budget & Project Management: Support with budget management, timelines, and project planning to ensure efficient delivery
- Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on marketing trends and industry best practices to keep campaigns relevant and innovative
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in marketing, event planning, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Creative problem-solving and innovation to drive new ideas
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Positive attitude with a passion for marketing and events
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
