Rising Star Montessori School, located in Alameda, is actively seeking dedicated early childhood educators who possess the required 12 ECE units. Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children
• Design and implement innovative lesson plans tailored to young learners
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enrich the educational experience
• Maintain transparent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect positively with children and families
• Flexibility and adaptability within a classroom setting
• Physical capability to meet classroom requirements (e.g., carrying 20 pounds, squatting/kneeling)

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 core ECE units is mandatory
• An AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required
• At least 6 months of experience in early childhood education is necessary
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Covid vaccination or bi-monthly testing is required
