Job Description

  • Manage the operations of the company’s eCommerce platform which is Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Zalora, Amazon, and others.
  • Execute eCommerce strategies that are relevant to new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape
  • Manage and upkeep the e-commerce operations and processes
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends and reports to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
  • Build relationship with marketplaces Key Account Manager and trusted premium ecommerce seller
  • Work with performance marketing team to plan online ecommerce platform paid search marketing campaigns and partner with ecommerce vendors to leverage all marketing opportunities
  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by platform and country, new product sell-through and offer code performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that great customer experience and smooth campaign delivery
  • Organize the movement of goods from distribution centers to customers and stores involves forecasting trends and managing inventories

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in eCommerce field is preferred
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or diploma, in marketing, business analytics, advertising/media, engineering, or equivalent
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer data/metrics
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator both in verbal and written form;
  • Adaptability and Creativity: Highly adaptable and has the ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Team & interpersonal Skills: Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines, decisive, have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, takes initiative
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams;
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
