Job Description

We’re looking for a proven Recruiter who has experience hiring a variety of functions with a strong eye for talent to join our team here at Sourcescrub. This is a unique opportunity to own the full recruiting cycle and have significant impact in our overall growth. This means that you’ll work with our VP People + Talent to develop the strategies and tactics that continue to bring the best of the best into the fold. Ideally you are in or near San Francisco (where we’re HQ’d) but this role can be remote as long as you can travel to HQ occasionally.

About you

You have a few years of recruiting under your belt and can point to some great hires you’ve made. You have experience hiring for go-to-market teams and you might even have experience doing some technical recruiting as well. You either come from a recruiting agency and know how to adjust your approach to work in-house, or you’ve worked directly in a growth stage company.

As our Recruiter, you will

  • Manage a full-cycle recruitment process for whatever open roles need filling – the bulk will be in Sales/AM/CS/Marketing
  • Quickly become a trusted partner with your hiring managers – advise them on best practices and strategies to approach hiring for their teams, advise on current hiring conditions and trends, etc
  • Become an expert on all things SourceScrub – from industry to product to our internal teams and structures
  • Create unique strategies to identify, attract and engage with the best talent for our team
  • Work with our Recruiting Coordinator to manage a delightful candidate experience and make sure that everyone who walks away from an interaction with us has a positive impression
  • Work with our VP People + Talent on ways to continually improve our processes
  • Become a champion of our culture both internally and externally

To be successful you should have

  • 2+ years in a role where your primary measure is securing hires
  • 1+ years of direct sourcing expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and a commitment to achieving performance both individually and as a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both in-person, on the phone and over email
  • Ability to shift priorities, demonstrate flexibility, coordinate multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines

Salary: $90,000
