The aim of this role is to be responsible for establishing new beneficial partner relations, maintaining brilliant relations with existing partners, having incoming partner sales leads handled and efficient trainings for partners on Credit & Savings topics running. Head of Partnership & Local Support will be participating in various projects, handling the Collective Mind initiative in each of the countries and local projects with the main focus on creating excellent customer experience for the partners and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Ensure excellent service delivery for partners and stakeholders
- Represent Luminor in business communities and in different projects
- Implement Luminor strategy within the team and transform it into actionable outcomes
- Event organizing and participation for Local Sales teams (seminars, webinars, open doors)
- Create an environment of business growth and lead the team to achieve targets set (KPI, OKR). Deliver necessary projects and implement them locally
- Implement and ensure excellent partner experience within the team
- Enable handling incoming partner requests within agreed timeframes (SLAs)
- Establish great collaboration with main stakeholders in other business units both on local and pan-Baltic level
- Plan, organize and follow up on team routines established (morning huddle, weekly meetings, 1-1 meetings etc.)
- Be a role model and develop the team members through various leadership techniques (coaching, leading virtual teams, performance management etc.)
- Monitor and control the Units work quality
- Ensure following all necessary regulations, processes and procedures
- Ensure efficient staffing of the team through selecting and de-selecting team members and building a high performing team
What We Expect
- 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, sales support and/ or customer service in finance industry
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Real estate market knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Good retail business and banking product knowledge
- Fluent English and Lithuanian language are?required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
