Crop Shop Boutique (CSB) is a growing e-commerce brand that was founded in 2019 by Rachel Dillon, with stylish and unique activewear in mind. Our mission is to provide women all over the world with functional and confidence-inducing athleisure that inspires our ever-growing community both in and out of the gym. About The Role

As our COO, you’ll be a key driver in building CSB’s operational backbone, partnering closely with the Executive Committee, Product, Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to enhance efficiencies and create a scalable foundation for our global growth. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll focus on executing high-level strategies, overseeing day-to-day business operations, and ensuring excellence across all departments. Your expertise in scaling and operational management will be essential in helping CSB navigate the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve efficiencies, financial planning, and forecasting. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cash flow, ensuring optimal use of resources to meet growth goals.
• Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with CSB’s goals. Lead the charge in implementing best practices for international growth, logistics, and customer engagement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Brand teams to drive synergy and alignment on key initiatives across departments.
• Financial Performance: Maximise profitability by identifying growth opportunities, implementing cost-control measures, and overseeing all financial aspects, including reporting, KPI tracking, and investment decisions.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Proactively manage operational risks and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.

About You

Based on the East Coast with regular travel to HQ in the Gold Coast, we want to hear from you if:

• You bring a proven track record in business operations, ideally within a high-growth, e-commerce, or apparel company where you’ve established scalable systems.
• You have deep expertise in managing D2C digital platforms, logistics, and international customer engagement.
• You thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in operational leadership within smaller, rapidly scaling businesses.
• Your strong strategic, financial, and leadership skills equip you to inspire teams and implement change.
