Responsibilities
STRATEGIC :
- Implement design strategies that align with the brand’s vision and business goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and industry standards to inspire innovation and creativity.
- Brand Evolution: Contribute to the strategic evolution of the brand’s visual identity, adapting it to new trends, technologies, and market needs without losing its core essence.
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the organization, staying ahead of design trends and incorporating them where appropriate.
Operational
Lead the creative process for projects, guiding the overall aesthetic and visual direction
- Work with the marketing team on understanding the monthly plan and the design briefs.
- Lead and execute creative projects, ensuring that the design output is not only visually appealing but also strategically effective in achieving business goals.
- Work closely with marketing, product, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that design work supports broader strategic initiatives and meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Actively seek and integrate feedback from various stakeholders to refine designs, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet deadlines and align with the strategic goals of the project.
- Efficiently manage time and resources, balancing creativity with the practical constraints of budget, time, and scope.
People Management
Frequent contact with paid media, crm, activation and product team.
Regular contact with Social media agency
Qualifications
Education :
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field is often preferred. This degree provides foundational knowledge in design principles, software, and creative technique
Knowledge And Skill
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus knowledge of UI/UX design tools.
Familiarity with print production, HTML/CSS, and digital design for various platforms.
