Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Floor Plan Artist & 3D Visualiser to join our dynamic team. With a full-time employment type, this position is based in Delhi, Bhubaneswar, or Kolkata.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and designing floor plans (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with 3D rendering software to produce high-quality visual content (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding and application of SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering of concepts.
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD for creating efficient and intelligent architectural designs.
• Familiarity with BIM technology for planning, design, and management tasks in construction.
• Experience using Revit for building information modeling and project coordination.
• Strong space planning skills to optimize the functionality of architectural layouts.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and designers to create accurate 3D visualizations of floor plans and building exteriors.
• Utilize AutoCAD to develop detailed 2D and 3D model designs for various projects.
• Perform photo-realistic rendering and post-production processes to enhance visual presentation.
• Implement feedback from clients and team members to refine visual concepts and designs.
• Ensure high standards of visual quality and precision in all deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of visualization tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and software in architectural visualization and 3D imaging.
• Contribute creative ideas for project presentations and design improvements.
