What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process escalated claims and provide resolutions in priority order as directed by the Supervisor
• Analyze claims for validity and make final decisions on escalated claims
• Communicate regularly with clients and customers to provide value-added solutions
• Monitor claims dashboard for actionable items and manage client target dates
• Research validation issues and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of four years of claims experience
• Strong experience in food brokerage and/or sales administration
• Proven relationship management experience
• Ability to accept accountability for job performance and proactively address issues
• Effective communication skills and disciplined analytical thinking

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a sales or marketing environment
• Familiarity with operational improvement processes
• Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate a positive attitude during transitions
• Experience in a client-facing role, enhancing relationship management skills
