What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Obtain verbal reports from nursing staff regarding patient needs and safety considerations
- Maintain constant visual observation of patients using virtual sitter software
- Accurately record data and notify nursing staff of any changes in patient conditions
- Communicate patient needs or risks to nursing staff as identified
- Follow instructions from nursing staff for patient redirection when necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills including Windows navigation, keyboarding, and email communication
- Ability to perform constant patient observation in an office setting
- Must be able to handle potentially distressed or combative patients

- One year of direct patient care experience
