Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Demand Executive/Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth launch and initial customer experience

Key Responsibilitie

s:1. Database Developmen

t:- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of stores and SMEs in the assigned market

s.2. Customer Acquisitio

n:- Conduct field visits to meet existing customer

s.- Acquire new users via offline and online activation method

s.3. Market Analysi

s:- Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand pattern

s.- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer need

s.4. Customer Onboarding and Trainin

g:- Handhold initial 50-100 customers through the onboarding proces

s.- Ensure customers download the app before the service launc

h.- Train customers on how to book services through the ap

p.- Inform customers about the start date of service

s.5. Customer Relationship Managemen

t:- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retentio

n.- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptl

y.6. Sales Reportin

g:- Track and report on sales activities and outcome

s.- Provide regular updates to the management tea
