Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who mainly will be responsible for employee engagement activities, employee relations, recruitment, and documentation. The position provides critical HR functions and must communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in Organising employee engagement activities (Organising annual Trips, CSR activities, Monthly Birthday celebrations, Work Anniversary celebrations and Festival celebrations).
  • Should be creative and proactive in gathering and implementing new ideas in the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills written and Verbal both.
  • Interview coordination (Sourcing and Screening relevant profiles from various mediums, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
  • Maintain records of leave, timesheets, and attendance.
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation in both digital and physical formats.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture and fostering an ideal working atmosphere.
  • Support in the development and implementation of industry-standard HR policies.
  • Coordinate exit formalities for departing employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to establish effective communication channels.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years of experience in HR.
  • MBA in HR or PGDM in HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals and processes.
  • Understanding of HR policies and basic team management.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work culture.
