Deputy Manager – O&M

• Assuming the role of a shift engineer, overseeing and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts
• Conducting end-to-end mechanical maintenance of Boiler Rotary and Pressure Parts in the Thermal Power Plant
• Performing regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive maintenance measures to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner
• Participating in the planning and execution of scheduled maintenance activities, shutdowns, and overhauls
• Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, generating reports, and documenting all maintenance activities
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members

Qualifications

Qualifications- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in the Thermal Power Plant industry
