Operational Risk Analyst (ORM Desk) – Enterprise Risk Management

Job Context

The incumbent will be responsible to assist Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management (GHoERM) with the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework, with a specific focus on risk analysis across the organization. This job role offers an exciting opportunity to learn risk in a holistic way across the organization and grow as a risk professional.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Supporting in setting, developing, communicating and monitoring policy, procedures, framework & toolkits on Operational Risk (OR) across the IDLC Group
  • Identify, review, analyze and manage operational risks in all products, businesses & support units of IDLC Group through Process Risk Analysis (PRA) & Branch Process Risk Analysis (BPRA)
  • Monitoring regular risk reporting through different Operational Risk toolkits by respective unit and suggest mitigations
  • Periodic sample testing (including branch visit /client visit if required) to identify OR issues as per Management requirements
  • Preparing & maintaining different Monthly Dashboards/MIS/ Operational loss database for stakeholders and conducting periodic meeting of different Operational Risk Management Forums & monitoring resolutions till implementation
  • Playing critical role in ORM software/toolkits development initiative of the company
  • Conducting training / awareness program on Operational Risk issues across the organization

Job Requirements

Education

  • Graduation in MBA/BBA (preferably major in Finance / Accounting) from a reputed university
  • Additional qualification as CA Advanced level candidate or Certification on Credit Skill Assessment (CSA) will be considered as an added advantage

Experience

Preferably 3 to 4 years’ experience in risk management department (RMD)/audit firm/ internal audit/ external audit/ accounting/ country’s laws and regulations and compliance related services
