Job Overview

• Assist in the setup and configuration of peripherals, guaranteeing seamless operation for the end users.
• Document technical issues and solutions, sharing insights with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Support clients across various sectors, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
