Roles And Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by assisting in identifying, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Participate in onboarding activities and assist with the introduction of new employees to the team and company culture.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including updating reports and handling correspondence as necessary.

- Engage in ongoing learning and development activities to build skills and gain exposure to various aspects of human resources.
