Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor for Interior projects to join our team in Porur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a background in cost estimation, budget management, and project management to drive success in ongoing and upcoming projects.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and manage cost control documents and financial estimates for interior projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project budget accuracy and financial compliance.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within stipulated deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to planned specifications.
- Engage in the tender process, including preparation, analysis, and negotiation of contract terms.
- Utilize value engineering techniques to improve project quality and minimize costs.
- Experience in quantity takeoff to provide accurate material assessments and project requirements.
