Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Reliance Retail. This full-time, senior-level position is based in North Goa and South Goa. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of experience in retail management and will spearhead the stores operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes while meeting the business objectives. The Store Manager will be instrumental in driving sales, optimizing inventory, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications And Skills
- A minimum of 7 years experience in store management within the retail industry is required.
- Proficient in inventory management, including stock audits and control systems (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (Mandatory skill).
- Competence in warehouse management, including layout planning and supply chain coordination (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in staff scheduling, ensuring optimal team coverage to maintain high customer service standards.
- Excellent sales analysis skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and implement corrective measures when needed.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving business goals.
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales and the ability to craft strategies for improved store performance.
- Expertise in retail store operations, including customer service management and store maintenance.

- Oversee all store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor the store team, fostering a culture of positivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock audits and replenishments, to minimize shrinkage and maximize stock availability.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and effective team management.
