Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a fresher. This is a full-time position located in Thane, Mulund, and Airoli. The role involves providing exceptional customer support to ensure smooth IT operations and a seamless customer experience. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer queries and contributing to our mission of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively engage with customers and resolve their queries promptly and professionally.
  • Proficient in time management, enabling a quick and organized approach to handling multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of MS Excel for maintaining records and generating reports as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word for preparing documentation and customer communication.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise emails to ensure effective correspondence with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in customer support, showcasing a customer-first attitude and desire to assist clients efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and provide sustainable solutions to customer issues.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a professional team, supporting team objectives while achieving individual targets.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction during their interaction with Inwinteck.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s database.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of customer reports, utilizing tools such as MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including support engineers and operations staff, to coordinate service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the customer service experience.
  • Educate customers about the suite of services offered by Inwinteck and advise on solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Support management in implementing customer service policies and procedures to drive service excellence.

Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Working Days: 5 days (Rotational Shift)
