Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience 3 – 8 Years

Salary – 2.50 – 4.00 L

Job Roles

  • Customer Order Booking in CRM as received orders.
  • Handling of inbound & outbound customer calls.
  • Building & maintaining relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain and update client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Provide support to the sales team with CRM-related tasks.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity.
  • Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report.
  • Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
  • Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office & Google Sheets.
