Full Job Description For Architect

• Manage multiple projects by coordinating with Senior Architects, consultants, and clients from project conception, through draft to final review, approval, and handoff to Project Execution
• Meet quality standards of the company and clients requirements.
• Responsible for the overall quality and detailing of all building items constructed to attain the desire architectural perspectives including site and landscaping works
• Ensure timely delivery of architectural designs.
• Ability to work on tight schedules
• Review of Architectural and interiors at different stages of constructions.
• Responsible for reviewing the inputs for special drawings.
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Strong Coordination Skills Daily coordination required with the consultants, contractors, QS and field engineers
• Must make periodic site visits to resolve design and monitor the project schedule

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree with emphasis in Architecture
• 2-3 years of experience must be with the design, planning and construction of educational/commercial/hospitality facilities or similar works.
• Must have professional experience managing the facilities design, or the planning and coordination of capital projects that includes the overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities
• A valid certificate of registration as an Architect by COA
• Should have good experience in handling clients
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D, Sketch up, V-ray.
