Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategies, foster a positive work culture, and ensure efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Management: Design and oversee appraisal systems and career development programs.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Manage compensation, benefits, and leave policies.
  • Training & Development: Organize learning programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in HR roles, preferably in IT, tech, or corporate environments.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
