Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our HR Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in HR activities, administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate cab bookings and travel arrangements for employees as required.

Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance records.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Handle office administration tasks such as inventory management, vendor coordination, and facility management.

Address employee queries related to HR and admin functions.
