  • Requirement gathering process
  • Client requirement sign-off
  • Functional and technical design
  • Development estimates
  • Test planning and QA estimates
  • Development – build & test cycles
  • System testing and defect management
  • Progress reporting (both internal & external)
  • Resource planning, time tracking/ utilisation
  • Client testing/ UAT, customer acceptance and sign-off
  • Going live, deployment process, demo/ handover
  • Live support process (technical, P1 issues, live bugs/CRs)

PO should have microsoft stack expertise ie worked on projects that include

Power platform

Dynamics 365

or Sharepoint projects
