Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to provide advanced support for Windows and network systems. You will handle user management, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and network issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
- Handle access control and workstation security policies.
- Maintain backup systems, including WhatsApp and device data.
- Assist with network maintenance, IP phone management, and device setup.
- Provide user training and support on IT systems and policies.
- Ensure proper working of all devices and document network/asset setups.
- Assist in other IT-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- IT support experience with Windows and network troubleshooting.
- Strong user interaction and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Proactive, hardworking, and committed.
