Develop and maintain relationships with guests, owners, and vendors. Manage the entire rental process from start to finish, including responding to inquiries, booking reservations, and coordinating check-in/check-out. Ensure that all rental properties are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Responsible for providing guests with a comfortable and convenient stay. They will greet guests upon arrival, provide key information about the area, and help guests with any questions they may have. They will also make sure guests are aware of local amenities and attractions. Hosts are also responsible for providing clean sheets and towels, as well as making sure the apartment is in clean condition at all times.
