- Able to provide customer service to international clients.
- Capable of handling customer queries and resolving their problems efficiently and quickly to retain them
- Understand customer needs and provide them with relevant solutions through chats and emails
- Able to handle multiple customers and their queries simultaneously and achieve customer satisfaction
- Able to work in rotational shifts (7 AM 4 PM, 1 PM – 10 PM, 10 PM – 7 AM)
- Good communication skills
- Capable of communicating in English (verbal and written)
- 1-3 years experienced in voice or non-voice
