  • Able to provide customer service to international clients.
  • Capable of handling customer queries and resolving their problems efficiently and quickly to retain them
  • Understand customer needs and provide them with relevant solutions through chats and emails
  • Able to handle multiple customers and their queries simultaneously and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Able to work in rotational shifts (7 AM 4 PM, 1 PM – 10 PM, 10 PM – 7 AM)
  • Good communication skills
  • Capable of communicating in English (verbal and written)
  • 1-3 years experienced in voice or non-voice
