Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer with 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory management, and distribution of pharmaceutical and chemical products.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP ERP, ensuring data accuracy and real-time tracking.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts to reconcile with SAP ERP records.
• Monitor and manage warehouse space utilization, ensuring optimal storage conditions and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational metrics to management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP for inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and chemical storage requirements, including hazardous materials handling.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
