What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for past-due accounts
- Keep track of all accounts in your designated route
- Negotiate outstanding debts effectively
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing the debt collection industry
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must reside in one of the following states: IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, NC, OH, OK, SC, or TN
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in debt collection, outbound call center, telemarketing, or related fields
- High school diploma or equivalent
