PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk is looking for a Supervisor – Legal to provide strategic legal support, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks within the mining industry. What You’ll Do:
As a Supervisor – Legal, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance to the company and business units, ensuring compliance with mining regulations, mitigating risks, and handling legal disputes, contracts, and permits. You will oversee regulatory adherence, conduct legal research, and liaise directly with external parties, government agencies, and relevant regulators to safeguard the company’s interests.
What We’re Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate legal functions (legal drafting, legal opinions, legal research), preferably in the mining industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s mining regulations and laws.
- Strong analytical skills for legal issue assessment and risk mitigation.
- Excellent negotiation skills for handling contracts and legal disputes.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with external parties, government agencies, and regulators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & legal research tools.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Willingness to work in remote or challenging environments as required.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and travel to all BRMS working areas.
