Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through email, inbound voice calls, and chat support.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Only female candidates are eligible for this position.

Minimum 6 Months Of BPO Experience Is Required.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
