Marketing and Innovation Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive strategic innovation and product development projects at the Group level. In this key role, you will manage international projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth of well-known brands.
What will you be responsible for?
- Responsible to drive innovation business cases and projects across countries to support the strategic Group innovation pipeline and key KPIs (volume, value, margin)
- Responsible to drive & work on strategic NPD business platforms on Mattoni 1873 Group level
- In charge of Group NPD platforms overall business feasibility assessment in respect to long-term Group corporate business goals
- Responsible to drive cooperation with more internal stakeholders (R&D, Trade, Sales, Controlling, Production, Logistics, Research, Insight, etc.)
- Responsible for international product development route-to-market strategies elaboration
- Responsible to integrate corporate margin management strategies into projects/platforms
- Responsible for NPD concepts development and validation through modern and innovative tools with research department
- Responsible for Group NPD steering meetings development and management with appropriate business tracking tools
- Competitive environment knowledge and expertise + analysis
What do we require?
- University degree (master’s in marketing preferred)
- Senior managerial experience in FMCG, with a minimum of 5 years in advanced marketing or business roles. A proven track record in local or international NPD development is a plus
- Advanced English knowledge is a must
- Very good analytical skills as well as relationship management skills
- Driver’s license and willingness to occasionally travel
- Ambitious, open-minded team player with great critical business thinking
