Job Description
The ‘Senior Manager – Talent Partnering & Operations’ plays a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, strong business partnering, and the effective management of HR systems. This role is responsible for developing people strategies that align with business objectives, optimizing HR operations, and leveraging technology to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead and execute talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent across the organization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with stakeholder needs, with a strong emphasis on employer branding, candidate experience, and operational excellence.
- Strengthen MWS’ employer brand by crafting and executing talent initiatives that position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Drive innovation in recruitment technology, processes, and team collaboration to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
- Ensure the successful execution of the hiring plan by setting high standards for self and team performance, collaborating with key stakeholders to overcome challenges and improve hiring outcomes.
- Continually elevate candidate experience by implementing innovative engagement strategies to attract, inspire, and nurture potential hires.
HR Business Partnering
- Coach and mentor people leaders in employee engagement, performance management and talent development with data-driven insights.
- Guide people leaders in employee relations matters and provide recommendations as required.
- Contribute and collaborate to organization-wide initiatives, while ensuring clear communication.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
HRIS & Operations Excellence
- Oversee HR operations and technology systems,
- Continuously assess and enhance HR policies and processes to drive efficiency and best practices.
- Leverage HR analytics and reporting to drive decision-making and organization impact
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and HR best practices
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience in talent acquisition, business partnering and HRIS
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience optimizing HR processes and implementing HR technology solutions
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic HR initiatives
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, operational approach
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics
