We are BRNR, the corporate investment fund of Boosta — an international IT company with a diverse portfolio of product and affiliate marketing businesses. Since 2022, we have invested in and currently manage more than 10 businesses.
Now, we’re seeking a visionary CEO to launch and scale a brand-new B2C subscription-based product from the ground up.
In this role, you will assemble and lead a high-performing team to build an MVP product and scale it through performance marketing campaigns. You’ll benefit from our financial support, strong infrastructure, and an expansive industry network to bring your product vision to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership: Develop a long-term strategy for the new subscription-based product, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals and stakeholder expectations.
Performance Marketing: Design and execute marketing campaigns on platforms such as META, Snapchat, and TikTok to drive user acquisition and retention.
Product Launch & MVP Development: Define the product vision, build an MVP, and establish a clear roadmap to capture and engage the target audience.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a top-tier team — fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and shape data-driven product and marketing strategies.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Proven Experience: At least 4+ years in a General Manager, Product Owner, C-level, Senior Product Manager, or Head of Marketing position within a B2C subscription-based product (mobile app, web platform, or both).
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and refine go-to-market strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and monetization.
Deep Understanding of the Marketing-First Business: Proficiency with key marketing and product metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, LTV, ARPU, ROAS, Retention) and how they impact overall business performance.
Leadership Excellence: Track record of building, motivating, and empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Communications Skills: Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with the talent to forge solid relationships and effectively communicate progress.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and fostering ongoing support for the product’s growth.
