Your Role and Impact

We are seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain broad exposure across multiple business functions while making a meaningful impact in a fast-growing startup.

You will work cross-functionally to support various departments including HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership. You’ll be an integral part of helping our business run smoothly while developing a diverse skill set that will provide a strong foundation for your career growth.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in our New York office required.

What You Will Do

General Business Operations

  • Support day-to-day business operations including data entry, document management, and process improvements
  • Help coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to gain exposure to different business areas

People Operations & Culture Support

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Support company culture initiatives including virtual and in-person events, team building activities, and employee recognition programs
  • Contribute to internal communications and company newsletters

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to leadership team members
  • Help prepare materials for executive and board meetings
  • Assist with various administrative tasks in the office

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of professional work experience (internships count!)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new software tools and processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about different business functions
