Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement processes through scientific analysis and Lean tools, optimizing all required resources, and ensuring the fulfillment of efficiency growth plans as scheduled.

- Who the role reports into: Engineering Manager
The role
- Optimize human, material and economic resources through different engineering tools.
- Execute and manage the continuous improvement projects assigned to him/her, as well as analyze the statistical control of each one.
- Follow up and analyze the plant growthplan.
- Audit and implement work methods.
- Develop lean teams and bring them to 90% efficiency.
- Assist in the compliance of equipment in protection tables.
- Perform balancing and mapping of plant processes.
- Comply with the responsibilities before the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to the document CAM-HSN-001, Manual of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- Comply with any other activity assigned by the immediate boss according to the position he/she performs.
The requirements
- Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of one year of work experience in the manufacturing sector (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel).
- Basic English (preferably).
- Knowledge of VISIO-Autocad (preferably)
