Job Description
The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them to enable them procure health insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Retail Sales Execution
- Ensure that the Agency Partners and advisors achieve business targets set for them
- Obtains and analyses information from market to identify new clients, makes direct pitches, liaises with partners to increase sales
- Maintain renewals for the policies procured by team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team
- Profiles distributors and caters to their requirements to ensure ongoing business from them
Distributor Empanelment & Engagement-
- To recruit good quality prospective – Agency Partners and ensure that they acquire insurance advisors with licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company..
- Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of Agency Partners and Advisors so that they can achieve their goals
- Conducts regular meetings and empanelment and activation of distributors
- Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information collation and analysis
- Continuous follow-up with prospects to ensure sales closure
Eligibility : Minimum Graduation
: Age Upto 32 years and below
: Preferable from Insurance (Life/Health/General)–Agency Sales Experience of 2-3 years
: Local candidate with strong social network
: Having Two Wheeler is must – Except Mumbai
: Good Communication Skills and Presentability
Compensation Grid For Profile
Total Fixed Cost 3.0 to 4.5 Lacs + Incentives*
