About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Operational Excellence to lead our transformation initiatives, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, supporting growth strategies, and driving profitability. In this vital leadership position, you will work closely with our Regional President, overseeing strategic planning and the execution of transformative programs that align with our vision.
Your responsibilities will include managing both mid-term and long-term planning, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects. You will play a crucial role in change management and fostering alignment throughout strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within a manufacturing or B2B context. A Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is required, and an MBA is preferred. Proven expertise in significant strategic project management, change management, and stakeholder collaboration, especially within manufacturing or plant environments, is essential.
Experience in regional transformation and a strong background in industries such as steel, ceramics, or precision components, particularly in strategic automotive manufacturing planning, will be highly valued.
