What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Interface with senior managers to understand organizational dynamics and propose changes
- Develop processes, training programs, and tailored coaching to improve organizational performance
- Provide expert consultation and technical services to program managers at all levels
- Establish criteria for evaluating and tracking organizational development metrics
- Lead or assist in special projects or initiatives as requested
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be a U.S. citizen and clearable
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, or a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in leadership development and instructional design processes
- Knowledge of various virtual meeting platforms (e.g., GoToWebinar, Zoom, Google Meet)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Experience in facilitating organizational change and coaching leadership
