What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Train and coach teams to ensure sustained improvements and independent process management
• Manage high-level cross-functional improvement projects and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Develop project scopes, create detailed project plans, and measure project outcomes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or 5+ years of combined education and experience
• Experience in a clinical diagnostic setting with knowledge of lean tools
• Proven track record of leading Value Stream Mapping events and Six Sigma projects
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with diverse audiences
• Ability to critically evaluate processes and synthesize insights for organizational improvement

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
• MBA or PMI PMP Certification
• SME Lean Bronze (or higher) certification
• Experience with lean transformation and shingijutsu kaizen
• Familiarity with SAP and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
