What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive, screen, and schedule appointments for direct callers and walk-in customers
• Maintain current schedules for staff providing individual appointments and manage enrollment for group programs
• Notify customers of staff absences and reschedule appointments in a timely manner
• Enter and track information and referral services in required systems
• Participate in emergency response exercises and execute assigned responsibilities as directed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience providing administrative support in a medical or social service office
• Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency with office automation software
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling services and customer service
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with the FFSMIS system is a plus
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly military families
