Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: Strong background in business development, sales, and client relationship management (medical sales preferred).
- Sales Mindset: Skilled in handling objections, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal & written skills.
- Tech-Savviness: Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Team player who works well with cross-functional departments.
- Resilience: A go-getter attitude with the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
