R&D Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize R&D documentation, including formulation records, product development reports, and ingredient specifications.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, HACCP, ISO, and other food industry regulatory standards.

Document trial batches, product stability studies, and sensory evaluation reports.

Assist in preparing technical dossiers, product specifications, and safety data sheets (SDS) for new and existing products.

Collaborate with R&D scientists, quality control, and regulatory teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

Maintain records of raw material evaluations, supplier documentation, and process development studies.

Track and update food industry regulatory changes and implement necessary documentation updates.

Support patent filing, intellectual property documentation, and innovation tracking.

Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of R&D documents for audits and reference.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve documentation workflows and traceability.
