Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall educational framework and administration of the school
• Mentor and support a diverse teaching staff to ensure high-quality educational outcomes
• Facilitate Parent Involvement Programs and coordinate school events
• Uphold and promote the mission and values of Rising Star Montessori School in all interactions
• Foster positive relationships within the school community, emphasizing collaboration and respect

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in private school administration and Montessori educational practices
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
• Strong leadership qualities to inspire, develop, and evaluate a diverse group of educators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• AMS 3-6 Montessori Certification
• Minimum of three years of classroom experience at the 3-6 year level
