Job Description

  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
    • The Assistant Vice President of Professional Services will assist with coordinating the organization’s financial, strategic and operational concerns. They are responsible and accountable for managing the economic and day-to-day operations of designated departments as well as supporting the executive team in driving the initiatives consistent with the strategic plan for Morris Hospital.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Professional/Educational
      • Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required
      • At least five years of leadership experience required, with ever increasing responsibilities preferred
      • Effective leadership skills required
    • Personal
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
      • Ability to analyze and evaluate budgets and financial models
      • Ability to create and present ideas and budgets in a variety of formats
      • Ability to maintain confidential records
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to create and analyze budgets

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
