Job Scope
Manage regular customer accounts
Liaise with customers and external departments on deliveries
Attend to customer enquiries , Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order
Show your ability to persuade clients with grace and deep comprehention of our housebrand products
Respond to and handle customer details and phone call
Proefficiency inlcudes knowledge of office software and online resources, as well as fundamental computer operations and internet usage
Sales and business development
Promote and sell company products to new customer
Understood customers needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Market research and analysis
Sales targets, KPI and reporting to the company
Customer service and support
Requirement
GCE ‘O’ Level & above or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant working experience
Good communication skills & task driven
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Willing to learn
Have good speaking skills
Details-oriented
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
Knowledge of additional languages can be an advantage
Valid driving license
Willingness to travel and attend industry events
Working Hour
Monday – Friday (08.30 – 17.30)
Saturday (08.30 – 13.00)
