Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Manage projects with a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Utilize 3 to 5 years of practical experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Leverage professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master/Agile PM.
  • Leadership and Managerial Skills
  • Set clear goals, develop execution plans, and analyze risks for project success.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Make quick and efficient decisions to ensure project momentum.
  • Manage and motivate teams to drive performance.

Project Management Skills

  • Conduct strategic planning and define project scope and requirements.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Implement risk management strategies and develop contingency plans.
  • Track project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.

Industry Knowledge and Expertise

  • Understand the nature of projects being managed, including technical, financial, and educational aspects.
  • Analyze client needs and market demands to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in project management.

Ability to Work Under Pressure

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while addressing unforeseen challenges.
