Job Description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time (11:00PM – 8:00AM Manila Time)

Location: Edmonton, AB, Canada

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Pro Coordination:

? Interact directly with Company’s Pros to ensure timely dispatch and high-quality

service.

? Ensure timely and effective responses to customer service inquiries while

coordinating with Pros to ensure a customer positive experience.

? Troubleshoot and assist in resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction.

  • Account & Order Management:

? In coordination with Company’s CSR team, manage customer accounts including

information updates, scheduling and service modifications.

? Manage Company’s Pro accounts, including information updates, scheduling and

monthly payouts.

? Maintain accurate records of orders and service schedules.

  • Pro Engagement & Retention:

? Build strong relationships with Pros by providing consistent communication and

support.

? Actively collect feedback to improve pro retention, customer loyalty, and service

quality.

  • Issue Resolution & Problem Solving:

? Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and work towards solutions.

? Handle service disputes or challenges in coordination with the Operations team.

  • Continuous Improvement:

? Share insights and feedback from Pros and customers to improve operational

workflows.

? Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and

customer experience.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in common communication and scheduling tools (e.g.,

Google Suite, Zuper, CRM platforms, Slack, etc.).

  • Prior experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles is an asset.
