Job Overview

FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced CFO for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic financial leader with extensive experience in financial planning, risk management, and corporate growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support company growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management best practices
• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team
• Manage investor relations and capital allocation
• Lead financial planning initiatives and M&A activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• CPA, CFA, or similar certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles
• Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
